From lay-by on B4405 (SH 75278 13537). Fairly steep, grassy path then scramble up to the summit of Gau Craig. Boggy before loose rock path to the summit of Mynydd Moel. Clear, rocky path to Cadair Idris. Pony Path to SH691135 then good path and track to finish at Llanfihangel-y-pennant (SH 67196 08871).david23020102/09/2019
