Minfordd - Llyn Cau - Craig Cwm Amarch - Cyfrwy - Cadair Idris - Mynydd Moel - Gau Graig - NE ridge to path at bottom - road pass (Bwlch Llyn Bach) - return to Minfordd via Cwm Rhwyddfor. Time 6 hours. Leading Robin, Sam, Katherina (preparing for MLT). Fine day. Good visibility throughout though increasing cloud mid afternoon and spot of rain. An excellent route on a fine (but busy) mountain ... second time I have done this peak by the exact same route!jamessteel10019/04/2017
