| Summit 1/5 of the walk. 16kms in 4hrs 10mins. Started up Carrigleitrim 408m in the forest, which now i would not recommend as its a messy start to the walk. Continued on to Sorrel Hill 599m, Black Hill 602m, Moanbane 703m and Silsean 698m.Finished on the road in the village of Ballyknockan.
