Clockwise circuit of the River Esragan horseshoe over the three Grahams, as described in SMC guidebook.davidpettit8430/03/2024
Scooted round before the gale. From parking at pt 157, up the track, very squalid after much use for stalking, took the branch heading to the bealach between Beinn Bhreac and Mam Hael, goes a long way, then easy off piste to the bealach and up MH. Nice descent including a rare arete on a Graham, then easy climb to Beinn Molurgainn. Easy but complex descent to pt 490; gate in deer fence, just follow it SW and you'll see it. After pt 490, the going is f*** dreadful through long tussocky grass, steep too. Even the quad track above the river is horrible, though better after the bridge. Then a tedious trudge back up to rejoin the outward mucky track. Only 2 more Grahams to go, thank goodness, and those are the last 2 soggy ones - even better.Gill29/10/2022

From Creach Bheinn. Down to the col at 570m asl, contoured east of Mam Hael, then straight up. Descended the long, broad SW ridge, would be confusing in the mist without good navigation aids. Improvised an unorthodox crossing of the deer fence which was very unstable and loose. Slow going in the lower reaches with late summer vegetation and poor footing. Happy to get to the bridge, then steeply uphill on the track to the fence and easily back to the car on the B road.Owen B23/08/2022
from Mam Hael as per SMC Guide, but then back to car via SW ridge and across deep valley to regain S ridge of Beinn Bhreac.IanHHill24/06/2022
Ascended newish stony track which starts near Pt145 around 200m beyond forest edge. Onwards after Beinn Bhreac summit to graham summit of Mam Hael, then Beinn Molurgainn. Returned south-westwards along ridge of latter to bridge at confluence of rivers which become River Esragan. Followed fence on North side of that river, necessitating a climb of around 100m, to Pt157 on minor road.willyross15/05/2022

Parked in the layby near the 157m high point on the B845 opposite the gate and track entrance to Beinn Bhreac. Took the route as per the SMC Graham's and Donald's route, easy ridge up to Beinn Bhreac (Simm) mainly on a track, then around the ridge onto Mam Hael, up to Beinn Molugrainn, dow the ridge then over a deer fence (easily crossed at a point it was collapsed) over to the complex ground, taking in the 578m HuMp (both the 1:25k and 1:50k tops), then keeping to largely the higher ground to the col between Meall Biorach, over another deer fence and straight up the ridge to the summit of Beinn Mheadonach over the rocky cleft. Descended down to pt 619, then headed down the ridge over rough ground at the bottom to cross the river, then over a bridge, and just up the hill a small way took a path that traversed through the woods above the River Esragran back to the car. 11.2 miles, 3735ft climbing, out 8hrs in total (Grahams book suggests 6hr 30mins walking time). From Mam Hael via col. Gentle descent, slightly steeper ascent. Simple enough. KeithByTheC02/05/2022

Circuit with Mam Hael from 145m spot on B845. On descent, minimised reascent and avoided deer fences by contouring at 420-435m until past gap in crags. Galltywenallt27/04/2018
Good round of Beinn Bhreac (both tops)on wet ground lower down then decent snow then a very good crossing and climb up good snow to Beinn Molurgainn, steep hard snow a pleasant change after recent days. Then what seemed like a very long walk back with not much to recommend it but better visibility may have made a difference.dickscroop20/02/2018

Parked off road beside passing place at 157m spot height about 985368. Followed boggy ATV tracks at times to Beinn Bhreac out towards Mam Hael - the summit across to Beinn Mòlurgainn down SW ridge easier than map would suggest with a gate in deer fence at 013392. Headed for River Esragan found a bridge across Eas na Geàrr flogged up track to fence line NW of river & followed it back which was tiring at the end of the day. 7 hours 8 mins.rogreeves14/04/2017
