Fine conditions for a top rate bike-hike along the Kerry Ridgeway. Actually quite a good deal less cold up at 500 metres than it was down in the Severn valley starting out at Newtown.Alex C30/11/2019

Bryn Coch and Cilfaesty Hill from the Cider House car park via Two Tumps which thankfully isn't even one!tim74730/01/2018
A circuit of Bryn Coch and Cilfaesty Hill from the car park by the spectacular Ring landslip. Ambled over various barely discernible candidate summits on Bryn Coch before a downpour hurried me on Cilfaesty Hill and back to the car.Nick Down104/06/2017
From Cider House car park via Two Tumps. The grassy track goes just E of the summit (not as shown on OS maps). 2 mins off it to summit with farmers rubbish dump. The path is probably popular, the summit hardly ever visited. Long clear views today, sunshine/high cloud. With Pete. As we both had cars, we took advantage and descended via Ddol chapel to Bwlch y Llyn tel box- a very fine short walk.pwheeler02/05/2017

From Cider house car park. Misnomer - no refrescos - just a car park. Grass and pasture.destaylor16/08/2011
Cider House gives an easy stroll up. Macabre remains of completely burnt sheep - with its plastic ear number tag intact. Struck by lightning? Methane explosion?Martin R07/08/2011
