Not on Access Land but seems a much frequented spot. Gate next to cairn, so no b/w fences to climb. With Jill.Dangerous Dave05/02/2024

Ffrom Pt 208 on the A470. Up right of way to the edge of the trees, where insane red arrows direct you who knows where. Then struck straight up the hill to the summit. Fences but handily placed gates.iangalbraith17/08/2023

From north along BW and up to main top first, across to this cairn and beacon on way back.PeterD14/02/2023
Parked in the tiny layby ( room for 2 small cars max ) at the start of the PRoW on the A470. Followed the good path to the 90° bend at SN 9836 6686 & then headed off over the hillside to the top. Good views.DanMaisieBex23/10/2022

Room for a van or car at the start of the footpath from near Pt.208 on the A470, just south of the Kite Centre. We startled about 50 Red Kites as we progressed up hill, but the many sheep seemed rather relaxed in comparison. Did the West Top - clambering to the big cairn summit - before the main summit, just a touch of bracken and gorse near the summit slowing our pace.summitter16/09/2020

After reaching the summit of the Marilyn, headed WNW to the Jubilee Cairn. Some thick bracken to 'plough' through before crossing fence. (PM,CM)gerrybowes27/10/2014

From town Centre (Market free parking) to make a walk of it alongside the Wye. Fab sunny day, steep climb, map useless. Follow your nose up the path from the layby on A470 980 672 and head SE then S straight for Cairn (which also has a beacon fire basket next to it). Oh, the views of Rhayader and surrounding hills is top draw.dicky31/08/2013

4th M of day w Jenx. Climbed from tight parking at road edge SN991658, following bridleway and tough climb thru dead bracken/steep slopes to top. From top crossed to beacon/tall cairn and descended back past West of main top, steep down and track past farm to start pt.nordicstar17/11/2012
