Parked at the mast, along a few meters and through the pallet gate, along the side of the field to the obvious little path up to the trig. Took longer to move the pallet to get through, so as not to rip my new primaloft on the brambles, than the walk to the trig. | JulieB | 29/12/2023 |
5/7. Perfectly described by Islamidget below! Solo | richard69 | 01/12/2023 |

Recommend bagging in winter, or bring a machete! Hole in hedge was overgrown so used field access point further west along the road. Trig very hard to spot, even harder to reach. Got there with some bushwhacking, previous description of it being right next to the compound’s building was very helpful. | Ratboy87 | 01/07/2023 |
Parked by the gate to the compound. Headed a short way along the road to the west. The gap in the hedge still has a pallet there, no difficulty though. Up the field edge a bit. Trig is hidden in the bushes on top of an embankment near the building in the compound. Extensive views from the road, none from the trig. My very patient and indulgent family waited by the car for me! | islamidget | 05/05/2023 |
Not the most satisfying of hills. Hole in hedge now has a wooden pallet to negotiate, along field edge to trig in the fading light. Two sheep in the field were giving me a very puzzled look as I stood at the Trig, as well they might. | PeterD | 21/01/2023 |

Revisit to check if I reached the top first time 18 years ago with the kids asleep in the back of the car. Drove up in the evening to top and parked in the entrance to the mast station whilst holiday in Saundersfoot. Quick outing from car through the gap in the fence, 20m along edge of field to find trig point. Don't remember getting to this last time so changed logged. | robphys | 22/04/2022 |

Through large hole in hedge to west of gate, alone edge of field a few tens of metres to the trig a well trampled area in the hedge. Probably took 5 minutes. | rogreeves | 05/10/2021 |

Living the high life for my b'day celebration today with a generous measure of cherry brandy up at the summit of Brandy Hill at 11 this morning. | Alex C | 14/07/2021 |

6/9 Marilyn. Parked at compound gates, gap in hedge overgrown with lack of traffic under Covid, as was summit trig. Shorts don’t mix well with brambles, at least short visit to enjoy the lack of peace as cars thunder by below. | N.Morters | 24/07/2020 |
Through the hedge and along the compound. Without a GR trig might be difficult to spot. Job done. | NormanW | 25/02/2020 |
Bagged as we were returning from our Pembrokeshire holiday. Doesn't get any more unremarkable! | huwthomas | 06/11/2019 |

Ditto Gill. Parked in mast entrance. The hole in the hedge is a short distance to the west. Then a short walk along the perimeter of a crop field. Fortunately the summit feature is a trig, otherwise finding it in the dark may not have been straightforward. | Topographer57 | 28/09/2018 |

3/8 Marilyn day. Through the hole in the hedge and past the compound to the trig. Easily done on the way to the Preseli Hills later in the day. (S) | silveracorn_alan | 10/05/2018 |
Really! Took longer to put on boots than do the walk. Really really silly | nickywood1 | 27/04/2018 |
