With Jenx and Bryher from parking to East in minor road. Up tracks onto Synge West Hill, onwards to High Pike in deep snow, then Birks Hill. Circuit around the north Fells to gain tracks and avoid the deeper snow. Great daynordicstar30/01/2019

Did this as part of the Cumbria Way route which I walked with Chris and on this day two companions that we met Andy from south coast and Kevin from Brisbane. Weather excellent as it was for all 5 days of the walk. Not a particularly interesting climb this and wouldn't opt to do it again.karentracey20/05/2018

from Carrock fell took the ridge straight to High Pike. easy route but great summit with a wind shelter slate bench/chair and a trig point with a compass on top. great fell for no effort. from here it started to rain so swam back to the car marching through rivers and looking like drowned rats. great day!
