Backwards to the actual plan, missed the path at the start but it turned out better for descending.just me and lisa. 5 of 5. Missed it on the walk across from Pike o' Stickle in cloud still thundering, thinking Thorn Crag was it. turnrd around and went back, only 5 mins. quick summit in the storm again no pic. cleared shortly after we started back down towards new dungeon ghyll inn , had lunch on way down. very wet drive home!boothy610/09/2023

From Baysbrown. 14.5 km, 850 m asc. To New Dungeon Ghyll and up by Stickle Ghyll and the North Rake to Pavey Ark. To Thunacar Knott, Harrison Stickle, Pike of Stickle, Loft Crag and Thorn Crag. Walked on a really sunny day. Met Steve Wood at NT Langdale car park. Walked up Mark Gate to Loft Crag then to Pike of Stickle, over Harrison Combe to Thunacar Knott to Harrison Stickle, then over to Pavey Ark (which has Jacks Rake on it). Then finished off on Blea Rigg. Back down past waterfalls to NT car park. Long day so didnt even have a pint! Great fun though.River-Girl20/05/2023

Down the Pavey Ark North Rake to Stickle Tarn and back by the path on the E bank (true L) of Stickle Ghyll.
