With Jim, Jus and Cat. Round of Black Crags, Buck Pike, Rossett Pike, Tongue Head, Esk Pike, Bowfell North Top and Bowfell from Old Dungeon Ghyll. Rossett Pike seemed a slightly dull peak that caught the wind more than any other summit today, so didn't stay here long. Thought the views were better from the neighbouring Buck Pike anyway. | wheresthepath | 01/10/2023 |

Spent the night in the unicorn in Ambleside and made our way to Langdale after our quick Tesco stop. Parked up at the national trust and made our way round and through Milkleden. At the end of the valley we decided to take the less steep way of Stakes pass and across Buck Pike to the summit of Rossett Pike. Was cold and much harder than either of us expected and felt sore for a few days after. The day after the weather turned and with Bec wanting to go see Adele we cancelled the keswick night for another day so we headed home for a few wainwrights in the dog and partridge and chinese. | Scotty 2 Hotty | 03/01/2020 |
