From A591, Grasmere. 11.5 km, 880 m asc. To Winterseeds and by Tongue Gill to Grisedale Hause and Grisedale Tarn outflow. E up to join the ridge at Deepdale Hause. S to Cofa Pike, Fairfield and Great Rigg summits. Down by Stone Arthur.
