Follow ridge to Lervers Hawse took path that contours around Swirl How to Fairfield and ascend Grey Friars. Return to Fairfield and ascend Great Carrs and Swirl How. We kept thinking one place was the top but then there was another steep climb, and that happened about three of four times. When we came down, it was raining so we couldn't go on any of the rocks, because they were too slippery, so that made it take a long time.Connor31/07/2008
