First time I've been up to the summit itself for a few years. Walked up from Cleeve Village with a couple of hill-bagging friends on a trip from Scotland, very windy and overcast. From the summit we went across to the northern trig and then over to Belas Knap, before dropping to Winchcombe. A fine stroll even on a poor day weather-wise. | thesweetcheat | 16/03/2019 |
Very easy walk from the Cleeve Hill Common car park. | sjb | 10/03/2019 |
7m circular walk starting near the golf club-house. Photo at the trig then walked the 5m to the highest point. Dry and sunny but very windy at the top | Jephcote83 | 09/03/2019 |

Detour from the Winchcombe to Cleeve Hill section of the Cotswold Way. | milimana | 30/11/2018 |
With E. Short flat walk from road end by telecomms masts. Low cloud with visibility down to 20 metres meant no views at all so didn't extend the walk across Cleeve Common to Cleeve Hill and The Ring trig point as originally planned. | Beeliner | 16/11/2018 |
Approach from CP to NNW via trig pillar 'The Ring'. Misty. | ger | 29/10/2018 |

From carpark at antenna. Yellow wagtail sitting on fence by trig point! | Danmawr | 08/08/2018 |
Parked at the car park (free) next to the golf club to the N (park at the far end to avoid golf balls flying over your car) then followed the Cotswold Way S past the masts to the summit. Followed the slightly more direct Winchcombe Way back. Took about an hour in total, with a few stops for photos. | Wheelsy | 05/08/2018 |
Travelling from Manchester to Torquay - Our second Marylin of the day. Hot now and getting hotter (Approx. 29 degrees). We park near Woodmancote at the top of Stockwell Lane. Short green / yellow grasses, trig and toposcope (the hoot of a steam train crossing the plain below) then walled Beech tree (but this is not the summit) onward past the masts to the summit and 2nd trig beyond. Cattle huddle under the shade of a tree. Fabulous feeling of space on this hill. We lingered but have a journey to complete. | briandavies | 26/07/2018 |
With Angus Chandler 20 mins before sunset. | vegibagger | 15/07/2018 |
Up from the road. | tomd4 | 10/07/2018 |
Parked near the masts (free, plenty of spaces along the road) so getting to the summit was not exactly an achievement, but the short walk across to the memorial tree SO987256 and then the viewpoint SO985263 is a must! Bagged on what might end up being the last properly hot day of 2018. | jkl | 03/07/2018 |
Up from the golf course. Great views, but very warm. | huwthomas | 01/07/2018 |
I enjoyed the drive to the CP at Cleeve Common more than the short walk out to the trig and back. | KC | 08/06/2018 |

Parked at Rising Sun Hotel on the slopes of Cleeve Hill. Walked more or less straight up to the first summit by the golf course. Arctic winds made it v.chilly. Headed to the true highpoint via the Solitary Tree, then back along the escarpment aka Cleeve Cloud and to the pub for lunch. | UKHighpoints | 29/10/2017 |
2/8M easy stroll from cp top of the road. | robertphillips | 21/10/2017 |
