A circuit from Alltchaorunn. Much easier than my last visit with a nice new bridge and signed walker’s path. Note I couldn’t find the footbridge at NN200500 on my return, fortunately the river level was down and I could rock hop back across. | BaggerGutt | 26/06/2023 |
A long 25 mile walk based around the two munros Stob a' Choire Odhair and Stob Ghabhar. I detoured to Beinn Toaig going up, visited Aonach Eagach on route and then had a walk around Sron nan Giubhas, Stob Ghabhar North Top, Aonach Mor, Creag a' Bhealaich, Sron a' Ghearrain and Stob a' Bhruaich Leith and then detoured to visit Meall an Araich on the way down, walking out via Clashgour Farm and down the valley. Every summit had completely different views and was worth visiting in it's own right, a very enjoyable day on the mountains. Notes: A nice walk down the ridge with good views, more up and down than it looked on the map. /D | meltdiceburg | 17/06/2023 |

From Alltchaoruinn, up over the 575 NW Top, then a pleasant walk to the summit. Then on to Creag a' Bhealaich and Stob Gabhar, North Top. Returned over Aonach Mor and down before the NW Top to join the wet track by the burn. | NormanW | 01/06/2022 |

Time to try to separate this pair of summits, almost a little warmth at times out of the wind. | alda | 15/07/2015 |
Part of Blackmount circuit. | justin999 | 24/08/2014 |
With a friend from the start of the track to Alltchaorunn. We followed the track, continuing on a path, and then climbed the steep NW ridge of Aonach Mòr NW Top to reach the summit. We continued to the two tops of Aonach Mòr, of very nearly equal height. We found a way down and up to Creag a' Bhealaich and continued northwards to Bealach Fuar-Chathaidh and Clach Leathad, followed by the deleted Munro Top of Màm Coire Easain and then Creise. The final summit was Beinn Mhic Chasgaig. A good day with interesting ground to navigate through. | pwbellarby | 11/06/2009 |
