From tent at head of valley above Loch Killin. Nice camping spot, biked in Route now dominated by the wind farm but tracks not a lot of help, they don't go the right way! Up the valley to SW on a decent track, stay to higher option left over two nice bridges at the fork and then across country through the wind far, using one useful bit of track abd on to Meall na h-Aisre(C); Se to Leathad Gaothach(Ct), then east over Creag an Dearg Lochan(Ct); Carn Fraoich(Ct) and back down the Chalybeate Spring - not easy to find but it is there. Back down the good track. | dickscroop | 17/06/2021 |

Solo fr Garva Bridge. Fresh N wind but strong sunshine, got sunburned! Half-ran (but wearing light boots) up path to NN540968, then intermittently over flatter parts on long moorland horseshoe fr Geal Charn to Meall na h-Aisre, with lots of peat groughs! There wasn't the big wind farm to the north that there is now. | NorfolkPT21 | 22/07/2010 |
