Parked in layby S of Achnashellach station. Good path to the foot of the BLM ridge. Thereafter steep ascent on eroded path to reach BLM Far E top. Lovely ridge walk along to BLM E top and the main top, descending on cairned path to bealach, including some minor scrambling. Good path to Sgorr Ruadh, then free format descent down to the lochans to the SE and the path back to Achnashellach. Another long but enjoyable day with excellent views all round. Round of Beinn Liath Mhor & Sgorr Ruadh with Shaky on a clear but overcast & relatively calm day.
