A long dy. Up the east side of the Ardessie burn, waterfalls were impressive, the oath was not as it deteriorated higher up. On to summit of Sail Mhor where they were 14 or 15 wild goats - they would not stand still to be counted but were content to have me very close to them. I suspect they gather there to be fed or gather scraps. South along ridge to Sgurr Ruadh which I missed in the cloud and had to double back to. Then on to Sgurr Creag an Eich W top and then more easily across good ground to Meall Garbh and dropping west to pick up the extension of the Ardessie burn path - which seemed better going down! | dickscroop | 26/07/2021 |
