I'd been along the edge below this many times. Today I decided I'd go to the top. The edge is much nicer.Alan Moore28/07/2023

KJ Visited on a walk from Trevor Rocks car park taking in the top and foot of the stunning Eglwyseg escarpment on a sunny day with a refreshing breeze. From most directions heather and bilberry make for tough walking to the summit. However there is a very good and clear ATV track running from the path to the W marked on the 1:25000 OS at SJ228465 up to the summit of the hill and on round to near the trig.crazy30/05/2023

Parked to the north of World's End, where the road leaves the forest and by the cattle grid. Took a track to Pt.470, from where an atv track went all the way to the summit of Eglwyseg Mountain. We then ascended Cefn y Cyst and Esclusham Mountain on atv tracks and rough heather and bilberry moor when the atv tracks ran out. A road walk took us back to the car. With JT.Sprog25/05/2019
