8.15 train from Tulloch, Corrour 8.32. Slushy, boggy path along the railway line eventually joins the excellent gravel road. Down to Loch Treig, over the bridge by the lodge, path along the river to the bend, then continued SW uphill to the gap with the minor knoll to the left. Then more steeply north in the wet snow, a bit crunchy underfoot once on the main summit ridge at 540m, but no problems. Summit at 10.39. Retraced steps rather more leisurely for the 3.24 train back. Lovely outing in good weather excepting a couple of sleety showers.Owen B13/02/2024
From Corrour along track to Creaguaineach Lodge, over bridge then SW to c NN 304687, up hillside onto SW ridge to summit. An impressive view point; sorry to leave! NW then N to rejoin track and out to Spean Bridge. 17m.MichaelF25/05/2023
Train from Crianlarich to Corrour, bike to Loch Treig, climbed wide, shallow, steep gully and emerged right near summit. Came down SW ridge. Munros all round....IanHHill12/05/2023

From Corrour 6½ hours. Loch Ossian track outward, path beside train line (not too boggy) on way back to ensure we caught afternoon train.rogreeves17/04/2023

Beinn na Cloiche, Creag Guanach to Cnapp Cruinn from Corrour through to Roybridge where I was staying. Misty to start clearing to nice run towards Staoineag in the sun and misting up later. Bridge at Monessie closed due to risk, but passable fortunately. Solo.davechaffey15/09/2021
Corrour station > Loch Treig > Creaguaineach Lodge. SW along path by Abhainn Rath for 500m to bend, then up grassy slopes to SW ridge. Up ridge to summit.Winterfloodian02/10/2019
From Loch Ossian YHA, a very wet day, on the landrover track then along the Abhainn Rath to Staonaig on the shitty path and up the steep and rough but easy S ridge. Staonaig stepping stones under about 4 feet of water and no chance of more hills, so took the much easier, smoother descent N to the Allt na Lairige, a better path, shorter route and with the lovely little stone-paved gorge path towards the end. A very fine hill; rain stopped whilst on the hill to give superb views but started again on the way back.Gill17/08/2019
Loch Ossian YHA - Creag Ghuanach (up and down by S ridge) - Garbh Chnapan - Loch Ossian YHA.Mark Jackson16/08/2019

Creag Ghuanach, Beinn na Cloiche, Meall a' Bhainne, Garbh Chnapan, Meall na Lice from Corrour. Camped overnight close to summit of Creag Ghuanach. Very warm for April, light breeze and good, slightly hazy views.RobertP20/04/2019

Rannoch(train) Corrour Ghuanaich Cloiche GlasBheinn Kinlochleven(bus) FtWilliam(train) Rannoch. SE face ascended directly, deer prints around the crags. Descended to Staoineag, stepping stones OK in dry weather but don't depend on them in anything else.Topographer5704/09/2018
Solo trip from Corrour station. Up from the Abhainn Rath side, down to the NW avoiding all crags. Someone seems to have pilled the plug out of Loch Treig.Invicta1422/06/2018

See Leum Uilleim. In the wet conditions did not fancy the very steep south side so contoured round east side to easier ground. A nice summit, especially if the weather had been better. Took shelter from the wind and rain for lunch in the ruined lodge by the bridge. Two guys I had met the night before at Loch Chiarain bothy were already there and had a fire going which was a bonus. Obviously used as a bothy, a bit of a mess but plenty of wood for a fire.dickscroop05/06/2015
