Tilted verge parking at NY993014. Easy up old mine road, but no obvious turn off to trig before HP. Due S at HP – tiresome deep soft veg to trig. FP sets off N from trig but fizzles out in tough veg – extrapolation of line meets mine road at final spoil heap.Isbjorn13/08/2022

With Jamie. Set off from CB inn, down to Langthwaite, over bridge, down the E side of the beck with the aim to cross at the footbridge. Unfortunately it had been wiped out by a flood so we had to wade across at the shallowest point. Made our way up over the road and up the various tracks, through the mine workings, and up the shallow Bleaberry Gill to eventually reach the trig at the summitmadaddo15/07/2020
