Walk with Sal, Sarah and Zoe to repeat these for my Derbyshire trumps. Nice sunny day, cold wind, lots of people getting out before Coronavirus lockdown. Enjoyed tuning up Mam/Back Tor and Lose Hill before meeting them in Hope.davechaffey21/03/2020
Climbed from Mam Nick Car Park. 30mins of steep climb and hit the summit cairn. The wind gusts reached 55-60mph very very strong and unnerving but just off the summit was well protected. Beautiful sunny day but a cool 8c. Climbed with DS.Symon1p20/03/2020

Started at NT car park walked to Mam Tor summit from there along path to Barker bank onto Lose hill. We then walked down into Hope picked up the path for Win hill up to the summit. We decided to do the steep path which wasn't as bad as it looks! Rewarded with the view over LadyBower reservoir. From there we walked back into Hope to Castleton up through Winnats pass to the NT car park to finish. Total 14miles.Louiejay09/06/2019
Geocaching Event to coincide with the setting sun. I was very glad to be able to park close to the summit as this was my first real challenge as an above knee amputee. It still took me 30mins to reach the Trig point. 👍Abstractflipper 20/04/2019

This was new, a peak turned into a tourist trap. The road nearly came to the top so you could drive up if you really wanted to and scamper the last five minutes by foot. Feels a bit lame, but given the amount of people doing exactly that it's clearly popular.Altheus15/08/2018
Visiting a friend in Hayfield, popped up here. From the car park to the summit of Mam Tor is pretty easy, but the walk to Rushup Edge then was longer than anticipated. Nice hill, great views of the fantastic area. Busy.tumpawumpa01/08/2018
