Cycled in from Luiblea on the A86 via Meall a' Bhealaich. Then on to Sron na Saobhaidhe. Return same way for 50.6k (cycling 35k).NormanW07/05/2022
From Corrour Hydro Station (NN417701), along track E following Uisge Labhair, drivable to sluice, then foottrack, crossed river on rocks at NN447712, then headed SE upslope, reaching SW ridge of Beinn a' Chumhainn, headed NE up to summit, then back SW to col and up to summit of Meall a' Bhealaich, out to Sròn na Saobhaide, back to Càrn a' Bhealaich, then descended across moor NW, reaching river near the sluice, and following the river back down to the Hydro Station (4h40m)kdbennett21/04/2022

From YHA Loch Ossian, ascent up Carn Dearg and along ridge to Sgor Gaibhre in the hot sun. Followed ridge line along to Being a' Chumhainn, descent into valley for lunch. Up West ridge of Ben Alder for Munro 50 then round to Being Bheoil then into valley for midge fuelled bivvy.robertgn03/08/2019

Cairngorm Club overnight meet. We went by coach to Bridge of Orchy where tea was had. We took the train to Corrour. Initially I was with many other members, but continued alone from Glen Labhair. We went along the N. side of Loch Ossian to Glen Labhair. I ascended Beinn a' Chumhainn, getting to the summit at 23:15. I descended a little to S and stopped for the night.pwbellarby22/06/1985
