As others: from the parking space by the gate near Hope Beck.PGCE05/09/2023
Parked by the gate at Hopegate, If the stream is high it is best to cross it immediately by the footbridge. Otherwise it is a long trek on the path to find a place to cross, keeping your feet dry. There is a small path which avoids the worst of the braken. Leave this before reaching the col. A pleasant hill, lacking a decent cairn on the summit.JohnW17/07/2023
