Started from the lay-by parking at the East end of Loch Ard. Along road then track to Drumlean then stalkers road that zig zags up to the south of Creag Innich. Bit of a heather hop to the top then along old fence line to Beinn an Fhogharaidh. Back on the track north-westwards to take in Stob an Lochain and Creag a' Bhealaich, a surprising summit hut at the former providing a nice veranda for lunch. Continued over the rugged mounds of Beinn Bhreac and Beinn Chochan before returning to the Loch Ard road down the Ledard Glen path. 4.45hrs.summitter29/11/2023
Parked in lay-by south of Ledard, up path then off to do the two tops on Creag a Bhealaich before rejoining main path to Ben Venue before going on to trig at east summit. Back via Beinn Bhreac and Beinn Chochan. Great views on clear dayPeterD04/06/2023
From Loch Chon S car park straight up Stron Lochie, then Chochan, Bhreac and back to Meall a' Chapuill and Sgiath Mhor with descent down W side of plantation down an ATV track which turns into a very steep forestry track. Superb sunny day with the bogs all frozen.sclater10/03/2023

From Ledard, along track towards Ben Venue, turned off onto old track from near NN457050, and followed that up the flank of Creag a' Bhealaich to a high point, then headed straight up slopes to Stob an Lochain, descended roughly N to rejoin the Ben Venue track, followed that up to main summit, returned along track to its point point, then NW up slopes to Beinn Bhreac, continuing to Beinn Chochan, descended E towards valley of Ledard Burn, crossing it where several tributaries meet, rejoining the main track and returned to Ledardkdbennett23/04/2021

Parked in the layby opposite the road to Ledard farm, and followed the Ben Venue path. Left the path where it crossed the burn at NN4574 0452, on a boggy ATV track, continuing alongside the forest, then directly up to the summit area. Thought the top of an erratic boulder may be highest point. Continued on to Bheinn Bhreac.LizH04/11/2020
From Ledard Farm up the Ben Venue path (muddy) then through snow to the top with excellent views of snow clad mountains to the North and West. 1/3 Simms today.NormanW15/11/2019
From Sgiath Mhor mostly following fence line through assorted snow driftsajwxyzt07/01/2018
In the area a day early for UK Challenge marshalling so a super bonus to be able to climb this and Stob an Lochan with time still to get back down to Dounans for dinner at 6.Alex C04/07/2017
Easy after Beinn Breac with wonderful views of L Katrine and about 50 significant hills. Back to bealach and Ledard Farm layby carpark. Excellent alternative to Ben Venue, from which these hills look very tempting.Thearlaichdubh05/01/2017
round of stob an lochain, creag a bhealaich, beinn bhreac, beinn chochan from layby near ledard farm.robertphillips18/11/2016
From the layby opposite Ledard Farm entrance, a good track which I left at NN458053 for the hill. Continued to 3963 and 3967, descending WSW on easy grass to the stile at NN457045 for the return. 6 miles, 2700' of ascent, 4 hrs 15 minsJim.Fothergill23/09/2016
