Parked in layby at NN 5620 2762 for a circuit of Meall Sgallachd, Creag na h-Iolaire and Meall Reamhar. Went up beside forest. Handy line of old fence posts run from near 1st summit past 2nd and 3rd summits - saved me a load of hassle in the mist. Descended NE to old railway. Visited summit and cairn.PGCE05/06/2023
Pleasant walk over from the North Top. Good view of Lochearnhead from just beyond the summit. Returned towards the N top, descending past it to the spur heading north between the two rivers, and down to the gate at NN5635 2725. North along the track to car at NN5620 2760.LizH28/01/2023
Two Simms to SW of Glen Ogle. From layby to south of lake. Rail track S for short distance. Where forest track goes to right look for small path that skirts above frail track to bridge. Then an old line leads a long way up. Watch for very deep holes in the peat hidden by heather. Rick fell in up to his neck and struggled to get out. With B , B and R.jenx17/08/2021
From St Angus's Church CP (happy to make a donation), up Glen Kendrum track to Creag Mac Ranaich (S+N) and return via Meall Sgallachd, Creag na h-Iolaire and Meall Reamhar ridge.TRG31822/06/2021
Summit boulder made a good back rest. From Lochearnhead via Glen Kendrum. Flowers good and lots of young things about, had to dodge an hour old deer calf. On to the north topfasgadh01/06/2021

A pleasant walk in the snow from the church car park near Craggan, up Glen Kendrum, then taking in all 5 tops east of the glen, coming back down the shoulder from Meall Reamh. The ice and blue skies helped make it an excellent 4.5hr round for me and Deana.summitter02/02/2019
From Glenoglehead after North Top. Icy and snow underfoot.NormanW18/01/2019
From Edinchip, up the Glen Kendrum track, then along the ridge to the east: Creag MacRanaich South and North Tops, Meall Sgallachd, Creag na h-Iolaire and Meall Reamhar. Superb views in all directions, with Lawers and the Tarmachan Ridge and Vorlich and Stuc a Chroin in snowy raiment particular highlights.Nick Down124/02/2018
A very windy, wet and cloudy day from head of Glen Ogle.Initially up a poor track near fortest edge then compass bearing to main summit. Summit cairn did not match description in book so spent some time hunting around in the cloud before I was sure (and it did match the photo here. Slight error in descent befoer ascet to Meall Sgallachd - went down too far north and too low. After that straightforward following the fence over the 620m top to Meall Reamhar. Took poor line down to near disused railway viaduct which lead to some difficult ground - should have stayed more on the ridge.dickscroop30/12/2016

From NNW: layby SE of lochan. Via Iolaire, dampish heathery trauchle. Descended N spur reversing my ascent route.RHW10/04/2016

Solo from Glen Ogle Cottages. After ascending Creag na h-Iolaire. From summit of latter took line to the northernmost of two minor tops to the north of Meall Reamhar. Went south over the other minor top and so to the summit of Meall Reamhar which lies just beyond a small defile. I descended by going north to the east side of a small bump at NN564260 where I cam across a track. I followed it and it joined the track ued on my ascent.pwbellarby12/10/2014
