| Parked at Blackwood Cottage and cycled to bridge at 533545. Then on foot through heathery boggy ground through old pine trees to foot of NW ridge. | Biked down from tent further west then from NW a round of Cross Creag, a bit longer than planned as had to follow track round, could not get through forest, then easily south on ridge to Cam Creag. Then a big detour S as no feasible descent line to east from ridge due to remains of cornice and no axe with me.
