Parked besides Loch Rannoch and cycled from Annat, via about 4 gates, to Duinish. ATV track helped get up and down Creag nan Gabhar and Beinn Mholach quickly. Then doubled back to climb Gualann Sheileach and Creag a' Mhadaidh in turn before turning attention to Creagan Odhar. Biked down to Craiganour Lodge and back on to road, detouring around a plantation/deer fence en route. 5.15 hrs.summitter05/09/2023
With Beinn Mholach by bike from Loch Rannoch. Started 7am to beat incoming front, was on summit of Mholach at 9.30am in sunshine and stiff breeze. Got down to bothy just in time to dodge rain. Sat there for most of an hour, then cycled back with out-and-back to Mhadaidh, meeting a Graham-bagger at the cairn. One slight shower on Mhadaidh. Total walking time was 3h 20m, rest was bike or bothy. Morton's really bad in right foot after only an hour walking. Rounsfell08/07/2023
Cycled up from Loch Rannoch to col to W of hill, then walked straight to summit. Graham No. 219 and British Marilyn No. 900.IanHHill13/05/2023
From Craiganour Lodge up track past highest point to a post marking an ATV track. Followed ATV track to ridge then up in a direct line over easy slopes. Back down the same way to the track, then up to the Simm of Gualann Sheileach, grassy at first then over heather to little pointy summit. Back to track then down to track junction, left towards Creagan Odhar, then right turn on stalkers track to closest point on ridge. Up overCrwagan Odhar, and along impressive ridge down to Craiganour Lodge. 11 miles.JulieB29/04/2023
From Craiganour Lodge. North up good track to a little below the col where ATV track heads ENE to deer salt lick pole. From there easy slopes NE to summit. KeithByTheC29/04/2023
From parking at Dalnaspidal (NN644733), by bike over level crossing and down W side of Loch Garry to Allt Coire Easan, continuing on foot on boggy track to bridges over Allt Shallainn, by estate tracks past Duinish and up to the top of the road (NN622648), then on pathless hillside E past 456m spot height and up to summit, return same way (5h10m [3h30m from Allt Coire Easan])kdbennett11/04/2023

From Beinn Mholach. Descended east across sometimes slightly awkward heather disguising rocks. Contoured north of Gualann Sheileach, then stayed to the right of a new looking deer fence which ended up at the track. Short distance along the track then due east pathless but mostly grassy to the unremarkable summit. Returned to the track, then retraced steps to Annat.Owen B24/09/2020
A great walk on a sunny day. Parked on a small area of hard ground alongside a passing space. Along the track starting to the E side of Aulich (or cross the sheep fields, gates through all fences), heading E to Craiganour, then N up the hill easily through lovely mixed woodland, then across moorland to the watershed. An ATV track shows the way across the bogs to the hill, then leave the track to head up to the summit plateau on steep, easy ground. Stunning views from the top.Gill05/11/2019

From layby just along from Craiganour lodge, up track and then off right at highest point. Beautiful day, clear blue skies, chilly wind and good views. Then on to Beinn Mholach;further than looked but worth it for views this time!MichaelF16/05/2019

I left Rick's nice new cairn intact as it is not on the summit rock.alda24/05/2016
Parked at entrance to Craiganour Lodge, cheekily walked past the lodge to avoid construction work on the track north to the hill. Work is in fact in the far glen so it's only vehicular traffic you need to watch for. Did the neighbouring Hump first from track then easily the Graham. Spent half an hour rebuilding the scattered cairn blocks as best could. Some stones are huge so many folk were involved in its destruction. Walk back out uneventful on a clear sometimes showery day w Jenx.nordicstar20/05/2016
Easy walk up the track, then nipped up the hump before this one. Region 5 complete.jenx20/05/2016
Bagged while doing the through route between Dalnaspidal and Kinloch Rannoch. Good clear views all round. Bright sunshine with a cold wind led to unintentional sun burn. Should know better.BigJ14/05/2016

Craeag a' Mhadaidh NN 633650 S/F NN 645731 2nd trip down Loch Garry to climb this hill. Drove to loch side then wind assisted trip down looch for overnight camp at 622666. Very cold night but dry. Awful navigation error, didn't check map before setting out and crossed river needlessly, realised mistake at about 624675. Fortunately this gave a straight, if boggy route direct to hill rather than planned use of longer track. No cairn at summit. Dry day with sunny periods, light wind and high cloud. Returned to tent via path and found bothy (not MBA) at 617670, Duinish, not too bad, definitely useable. Returned to camp and packed up. Very pleasant paddle back down loch with no wind at all, decided to camp at loch side and get out in morning. Very cold night and snow showers in morning so brought car down road to get out.John Young01/04/2016
The cairn has gone! We cycled from Aulich, along the good track as far as NN622647. The track is currently a construction site, apparently until June 2016. But this was a Saturday so there was only a little Hydro traffic.Pete R19/03/2016
Day trip from Stonehaven. Solo walk. From a little east of Aulich. Up the estate track that skirts Craiganour Lodge on the west side. First to Creag a’Mhadaidh where I stood on the ground 2m N of cairn, which surveying shows to be the highest point. It’s a nice little cairn for a fairly modest hill, built with biggish stones. Continued to Gualann Sheileach, taking as straight a line as is feasible, followed by Creagan Odhar.pwbellarby20/09/2015
