Room for a few cars at 720 628. Use the ladder stile to cross to the south side of the deer fence and there is a good path up to the last 500 metres or so.After that the windblown trees dictate which side of the wall you take.Easier than expected.ARM16/09/2023
Solo. Overcast but dry day. Wet feet from earlier rain. Followed Joskers excellent route description. 5.7k, 235m ascent/ descent and 1h 15.alexmaclennan27/08/2023
Parked easily due West of summit by gate. Followed fence/wall to summit switching to whichever side offered the easiest ground. Views of Schiehallion and Beinn a’ Chuallaich.PeteF15/08/2023

Owen B's route, but through gate and N of wall, easily crossing deer fence at corner into attractive open Scots pine woodland and to the cairn next to the wall corner demolished by wind throw.Nick Down119/04/2023

Onvious way from Trinafour. Watch your snkles if you walk through clear fell areac…holes….TICKS galore.VerySlowPlodder28/08/2022
Parked at Trinafour, walked up the road to the track NW of the hill. Once the track reaches a locked forestry gate, headed southwards alongside the deer fence. Hopped this when it reaches an E-W fence, which itself affords an easy ascent to the top. A new summit cairn has been constructed to replace the destroyed previous one.summitter21/08/2022

Parked across from phone box in Trinafour. Walk south uphill for a short distance and take the track on left heading east which leads to gate into wood. Turned right here and followed atv track heading south uphill alongside high deer fence and stone dyke until the fence turns east. There are a few wooden crossbars at this junction that make it more easy to climb over the deer fence. From there follow the stone dyke east uphill. I started on the felled wood side of dyke but soon crossed over to the wood side of dyke which was easier to walk on, had to bypass a few fallen trees but no problem. However just before the top you need to cross back to the felled side of the dyke to avoid a clutter of fallen trees which almost overhang the summit cairn. Good view across to Schiehallion. Returned by same route 1hr 15 mins.Jossker17/06/2022
Fallen trees on the north side of dyke have demolished the cairn which now sits a few metres to the south of the dyke. The trees to the south of this point have been harvested.hill walker14/05/2022

Parked on the minor road more or less due west of the summit where the plantation is separated from the open hillside by an easy deer fence and a low stone wall. Then easily up the forest side of the stone wall.Owen B25/09/2020
From road to W up wall on S side, crossing to N later. Out and back. Low cloud but clear. Rounsfell07/09/2020

Up the wall from the west, keeping to left of wall for most of the way. The deer fence proved to be the toughest obstacle.Chris Peart02/12/2019

Almost quit before this hill because of torrential rain but it stopped by the time I had driven down to Over Bohespic. In theory, one could drive up the un-gated logging road to park at a large lay-by just before the log stacks near the end, she said innocently, provided that there is no logging going on. Sundays at 16.30 seem good. Up the road to the last stacks, then up the boundary between the felled area and the standing trees, over a very short section of brash, then easy going. The felling has been very neat and tidy. At the wall, hop the gap, then walk up along the wall through lovely native trees almost to the top, then back over the wall into the sitka for the last bit to the summit. Much better than I had imagined.Gill18/08/2019
From road to the west along wall. Kept south of wall until deer fence turns north, then crossed into open woodland. Back to south side just before summit.Winterfloodian12/06/2019
Up from wall end to West as per Coinneach. Stay to right of wall. No great views.willyross26/03/2019
