From the South Top then skirted the summit to the south on the way to Cairn Lick. Solo.Dangerous Dave06/10/2023
A unique walk? Six Simms and no other summits, 5/6 anti-clockwise from Gleneffock, parking for 3 or 4 just over the bridge. Steep but doable descent down to the river, Water of Unich? Could be a real issue crossing this when not at low levels.Minto04/03/2023

From parking at end of Glenesk road, cycled to head of loch at Glenlee, continued W/NW along track to footbridge at NO395804, W along footpath past Falls of Unich up to the edge of the gorge, then roughly N across heathery peat and intermittent tracks up to summit of Hunt Hill, descended to about same point and continued S to footbridge at Falls of Damff, crossed, then ENE up slopes to Craig Maskeldie, then back along ridge over South Top to Cairn Lick (track most of the way along ridge top) to the landrover track just S of Cairn Lick, descended on that down to Inchgrundle, Glenlee and back to the parkingkdbennett18/07/2021
8 simms from the CP at the road end, cairn caidloch, burnt hill, cairn lick, craig maskeldie south top, craig maskeldie, coire breac top, wolf craig, monawee.robertphillips17/07/2021
A pleasant walk along Loch Lee's north shore, then up Glen Lee until due north of Hunt Hill's summit. Over the Water of Lee (plenty of rocks to hop onto) and up an initially steep heathery slope before the gradient lessens and the heather becomes younger. SE to the footbridge above the Falls of Damff, then back up to reel off Craig Maskeldie, its South Top, and Cairn Lick. Still enough light in the day gave us the option of staying high to take in Wester Skuiley, Burnt Hill and finally Cairn Caidloch, the latter two linked by a helpful track. Getting dark now so we bombed down the Burn of Corriehausherun to find our way back to the car blocked by a deer fence (quickly scaled), thorn bushes, and a bridgeless river (FB at 445802 now missing - or at least unifiable in the dark) - we paddled across!summitter24/01/2020
Quick and easy link-up from the South Top. Excellent hill. Returned to Cairn Lick afterwards then back to Glen Esk via the Shank of Inchgrundle and Loch Lee tracks.Lindsay M25/03/2018

On a gorgeous day with the AHWC we walked up from the Loch Lee car park to the Falls of Unich and then the glen of the Unich to come out on the moors to the W of Craig Maskeldie, it was an easy stroll over the slopes to bag the summit which has a stupendous view down the valley , walked N towards the Inchgrundle path and passed over the S top as well , good day all round.torkm14/05/2014
Excellent walk in from the car park and a fine summit viewpoint, especially in autumn sunshine.JohnW23/10/2013
8 Sim circuit from road end car park. With Adrian Rayner, in thick clag. RHW09/06/2013
Solo Run, from Invermark. Up Hunt Hill via Bruntwood Craig, back over Craig Maskeldie and South Top.amswanston28/04/2013
SMHC Sunday walk. Loch Lee calm on the walk out. Beautiful Ice falls and water falls on the route up, but no visability on the tops due to low cloud. An excellent exercise in navigation. Kareen, Sarah, Alistair, Roger, Peter, John, Alan & GrahamLizzieG17/03/2013
