My earlier plans were thwarted so last minute decision to cycle up from Dunachton to 630m, then bagged Cnoc an Tiumpain and A' Bhuidheanaich on the way here. Would have made a nice circular walk, but I had to retrace my steps back to my bike. Many peathags, mostly frozen, with icy streams to cross. | NormanW | 29/01/2024 |
Descended road from Beinn Bhreac N Top to bealach then up to summit | 187lenny | 27/08/2023 |
Circuit of Glen Gynack from Kingussie. Followed track up Glen Gynack and fior short distance up W side of Allt Mor, then headed W up hillside to near beallach and short climb to Creag Mhor. Continued to Creag Dhubh, Carn Coire na h-Inghinn, Geal Charn, Carn a' Bhothain Mholaich and Carn an Fhreiceadain. Easy walking on track to Beinn Bhreac then descent (steep at end) and climb to Meall a' Chocaire. Continued S and climbed Creag Bhalg. Returned via track running roughly SW (path marked on map disappeared near golf course). | RobertP | 01/06/2023 |
