From end of the Loch Arkaig road, took a direct line up to Monadh Gorm, then pleasant ridge walk along to here. On to Carn Mor and picking up Meall nan Spardan on the return for a 21km round.jonglew27/11/2023
Monadh Gorm, Carn Mor E Top, Carn Mor & Meall nan Spardan. With jonglew.Dangerous Dave27/11/2023
Bidein a' Chabair & Carn Mor solo from Strathan on a very hot day(25C). Cycled to A'Chuil and walked to edge of forest then straight up Meall na Sroine rough and steep to the summit with short very easy scrambling to the summit. Retraced steps to about NM898935 and descended south, very steep and rough ascent to Carn Mor summit. Still very hot and windless. Descend east along the ridge and over point 616 and down to the forest to bike near A'Chuil. Long tough day!John Lee06/09/2023

3 An Stac tops from Arkaig car park, back via Carn Mor E Top. Rising grassy traverse from W end of Lochan Leum an t-Sagairt. Down via Monadh GormRHW30/04/2021
A bit of a disaster of a day, a hard slog up direct from the Glen Pean bothy to the ridge, snow not much of a problem just extreme lack of fitness. ASlong ridge to East top and called it a day main top a bit too far for me on the day. Then on descent had a minor slip on the grass, basically just sat down but broke my nearly new and expensive pole, sheared clean through at pole junction. Not happy. Then on 10/09/2022 a second attempt from Achuil, much better route. More or less straight up from A Chuil bothy to east top on mainly short grass, easy going then strightforward along ridge to Carn Mor main top. On return did not find ATV but seasy going down Coire an Eichdickscroop19/03/2020
From Strathan, via the forest road to A’Chuil. Climbed west side of burn using a ATV track. THen over E top and summit ridge to a fine rocky top. Stunning views to Loch Morar, Skye and the Small Isles Descent via Meall nan Spardan and returned via forest road.benalder28409/11/2019

From Strathan, via the forest road to A’Chuil. Towards coire then climb to Meall nan Spardan and ridge to summit of Carn Mor. Returned along ridge to E top and Monadh Gorm (felt like a long way) and descent E to forest track.RobertP23/05/2017
After Bidein Chabhair, left camp and walked easily up Into Corrie Eich using ATV track from GR942926. Cut up onto ridge and Meall nan Spardan, then easy to summit. Like yesterday great views. Return via bealach, East top & collected tent and walk on to Glen Pean to camp under Streap.nordicstar06/06/2012

With a friend. After climbing Carn Mòr. It was becoming rather cloudy and we debated whether to descend to the glen bottom or to stay high. We decided to stay high and followed the long ridge over the 616m top to Monadh Gorm. We had it clear as mist descended on other hills. We descended steeply to join the forest track, the last bit following a burn through the forest.pwbellarby18/07/1998
