Did the ridge on the other side of the cateran way last week, and fancied a return for this side, rotten day though, real pity its a lovely ridge. Lots of unusual flora on the cateran track, lovely.hils09/07/2021
From Spittal of Glenshee, along Cateran trail to col, then along ridge to Meall Uaine, continuing to Meall Odhar, descending directly more or less NE, reaching the road at about NO129677, back along the roadkdbennett05/06/2021

Snow-shoed up to Meall Uaine from Spittal and then down to Creag Bhinnein. Very thick snow, which allowed us to step over gates and fences with ease - only a deer fence proving a bit tricky with tennis racket feet.summitter31/01/2021

From Enochdhu out the Cateran trail, taking right fork before Calmanach wood, then NE on to the ridge up to the top. Great views then on to Meall Odhar.Simon Winton29/04/2020
From Spittal of Glenshee, parking at the burn out hotel, up the Cateran Trail which starts opposite. Followed path to highpoint then walll/fence to summit. Highest point unmarked appears 20m or so north of cairn nearer the wall. Down by the prominent grassy ridge with AW track to follow. ...but for a few feet on the col this quiet hill would be a much busier Corbett. Nice hill and great view.N.Morters30/11/2019
