Had a lift to the start, which was fortunate because the car park at the southern end of Loch Lubnaig was full at 9.45 in the morning. Up the path to Ben Ledi, where we saw lots of people and then on to Benvane where we saw no one for the rest of the day. Dropped down to the forest edge at Creag a'Mhadaidh and followed it to Immeroin Burn (slow going) and then East to the forest and tracks back to Strathyre. A little bit of snow on the tops. Beautiful day.tsharp24/03/2024
Lovely walk up from Baltimore. Very cold morning, stonking views from summit. Munched a beef sarnie with loads of english mustard and sausage roll. Slung on a coat and just sat and sucked it all in. Brill day. Enjoying my corbetts. Company: Soloiandesbottes21/11/2023
From Brig o'Turk with DRC, straight up via Point 625 and back down track on east side of Gleann Casaig.TRG31805/11/2023

From Ballimore following fence SW on NW side of sparce plantation then follow vague grassy path/atv track. Small detour to pick off sub Dodd Mullach an t-Samhraidh. Picked up track heading SSE over Lianach to fence corner then handrail fence all the way to summit. Cold rain to start turning to snow at about 700m driven by strong westerly wind. Returned by same route missing out Mullach an t-Samhraidh. Cracking winter day in bad weather with bolton. Great fun.mntainman09/01/2023
With mntainman in wind, horizontal snow, cloud. A real winter mountain day. From Ballimore which is good underfoot.bolton09/01/2023
Standard approach to Benvane from Ballimore, with a slight detour to include Mullach an t-Samhraidh on the return. Beautifully clear day, ground frozen solid, back to the car with clean boots. With PR & FY.TRG31815/12/2022
Ballymore, over bridge, up short bank, across field and left up grassy path all way to summit, back same way. 3hr 30min.Flatfield12/09/2022
Good parking NN 5293 1750. Track towards Lianach forking right up hill, over easy pasture to gate NN 5308 1714. Easy on to ridge and good path to top from NN 5266 1520. Off ridge to meet fence line and deer trod up forest edge to Beinn an t-Sithein (BS), picking up good path to top from NN 5467 1668. Couldn't find path back to Immeroin/Glen Buckie (not difficult vegetation) where saw a FP sign - hill path to BS - at NN 5367 3740carole engel08/09/2022
From Ballimore - dawn start, but low clouds meant no summit views, though the clouds broke during the descent. Fairly straight forward route - path all the way, though faint in places, and boggy in others. Total time 2h 26min.mproudfoot25/08/2022
From Ballimore, up the broad grassy ridge. Warm clear dry day.N.Morters16/07/2022
Up from Ballimore. Nice spring day, cool with slight breeze. As usual i was a little slower than paul, sarah and clem. They waited for me but i went around the hummock on the other side. Thinking. I was seriously lagging behind i went as fast as i could and reached the summit well before the others who eventually realised what had happened and caught me up.cjo08/05/2022
With PJ, AJ, TH, BG, JG, AM. From Ballimore road end. Lots of soft snow made it hard going lower down, relatively scoured higher up.Owen B25/02/2022
From Ballimore with Brian on a good path. Met GHC on summit on their monthly walk.Play2End05/09/2021
A fine traverse of the ridge from Ben Ledi to Benvane, visiting Bioran na Circe en route. Started from the FC car park and came down to Laggan, returning along the Rob Roy Way by the side of Loch Lubnaig. A misty and wet day on the tops. 24km with 1300m ascent in 7h 40m. From Ballimore, across the river, then track, variably distinct, SW leading onto the ridge continuing to Benvane summit, returned part way along ridge to ca NN527149, descended E to Glen Buckie, crossing the stream near the edge of the conifer plantation, then followed the forest edge up to the ridge S of the summit of Beinn an t-Sithein, and along to the summit, retraced about 1km S then descended NW to Immeroin (but lost the path marked on the 1:50000 map), ended on the farm track S of Immeroin, followed it through farm and back to Ballimorekdbennett07/05/2021

From Stank Glen over the 722m top not named on map and on to Benvane following the fence in poor, wet, windy and cloudy conditions. Back along ridge before diverting over the two Ardnandave tops and back down to Stank Glen. Would be good walk in decent weather.dickscroop29/12/2016

A quick and easy afternoon stroll from Ballimore, on a good path the whole way. What luxury! The morning was disgustingly wet so I felt very smug to be basking in afternoon sunshine at the summit.Gill08/08/2016
