Landed at pier and met by welcoming party. Fortunately Josh had pre-arranged our visit and we stayed well clear of building work on island. Headed directly up hill, then onto other two tops.PeterD14/06/2022
Third of 4 on RHSoc trip with excellent Seascape. Easy way is from puffer go left then right. £100m well spent.Thearlaichdubh14/06/2022
RHS Summer Isles day 2, SIB 3 of 4tim74714/06/2022
Revisit. With Josh of Seascape, who had got permission in advance for us to land- concerns about health and safety due to ongoing construction work. Not a warm welcome from workers at jetty as we climbed up the vertical ladder. Asked to keep away from tracks and the large amount of ongoing work. Ascended moreorless direct line from track near quay over rough terrain to HP- small cairn on slabs; great bay views, continued W.Denise 14/06/2022
Landed at the pier at Garadheancal, up a long ladder from the rib (Josh/Seascape) at low tide. Avoided buildings and building works, going up through heathery ground and rock to the summit. On to Creag na Coille Dorcha.LizH14/06/2022

9 of 7 islands and 10 hills on 13 mile epic day out kayaking including chance encounter of dolphins coming upto the boats! After the stormy sea we reached the inlet and tied up there for 3 mile walk round the island taking in all the peaksThe-Z-Man08/08/2021
RHSoc/Josh at Seatrek. Island is huge building site. Best way up is clockwise up major road to S past cinema which we didn't take but at least we did on way down. Spending £1m/month to convert into multi millionaire's playground.Thearlaichdubh13/07/2021

The island is now a building site with substantial infrastructure development having been acquired by a wealthy businessman a few years ago. Landed at the pier at Garadheancal and were reminded of the construction work. New roads abound, one of which circles the Sib on the West but we walked past the construction village at Herring Bay before ascending via a partially completed new footpath. Some of us used the new road to return to the boat, whilst others bagged the other 2 tops.NormanW13/07/2021
RHS trip using the excellent Seascape Expeditions out of Ullapool. From the main jetty, easiest route to summit is by using the road skirting round the west side.AndrewFinnimore13/07/2021

And again on :- 14-06-2022. From Ullapool in RIB Selkie (Seascape Expeditions) ably and enthusiastically landed by Josh & Carlos.RichardM31/05/2016
4th island on day 2 of Seascape Expeditions Summer Isles trip organized by Alan Holmes, and 3rd multi-tump island of the trip. Pier landing at S side of The Anchorage. Initially a FP then veered off for a steep, rough and heathery attack on the island's HP. Clean cairn at summit atop a large rock outcrop. Trig bolt probbaly beneath, but insufficient time, or inclination, to dismatle it.jonglew26/07/2015

Quick dash from jetty near the cafe. Only had an hour and 25 minutes before return boat - made it with 10 minutes to spare. Rough trackless ascent, but fantastic viewpoint.Crib Goch13/05/2015
