Parking at shed NG354304 (please be respectful). ATV tk starts 10m E of shed, intermittent, almost to the top of StockvalIsbjorn26/02/2024
From 188, though would have been better parking at the shed a bit further along and picking up ATV track. Followed ATV and sheep tracks to summit and on to Preshal More.sclater07/12/2020
Near Talisker, with a nice view of the Black Cuillins.Missphoton07/12/2020
Parked at the 188 high point where there's space to pull in(NG35796 30445). Crossed to join a muddy vehicle track and followed this much of the way up. Interesting hill with great views.LizH28/10/2020
Roadside parking (NG 3486 3049). Direct line up to the top; steep and narrow grassy ramp near top (NG 3502 2982) leads between buttress walls. On to Preshal More.jonglew03/10/2019
5 o'clock and a glorious evening. Strolling in these hills the perfect counterbalance to Sgurr Sgumain, earlier. On to Arnaval.Wycombe Wanderer31/03/2019

On a day with cloud base never higher than 2500 ft, my brother Pete and I explored an interesting area by Talisker Bay. We went above 700 ft sea cliffs then Preshel Beg, Stockval and Preshel More. The last summit was the best because of its spectacular and high basalt columns.pwheeler16/05/1998
