parked at start of track to mast then left through gate to Trig and beyond to summit | grumpy | 28/03/2023 |
18.30 Got advice from two locals. Opposite the farm called Vestra Fiold there's a track on the left heading up to the mast on right and concrete water tank on left. Over gate just past water tank & straight to pillar & summit stones. Very easy no barbies or elective fences to work about | vegibagger | 25/08/2022 |
As others, noisy cows! | tim747 | 07/08/2022 |
As others, but coos in summit field. Armed with old fence posts, left by gate for future baggers we entered the field shooing the cows out of the way. | Minto | 01/08/2022 |

Squeezed in opposite Knowes farm. Crawled under electric fence. Shooed coos at summit. | Thearlaichdubh | 22/09/2021 |
Parked at the end of the track, up past a new house and over grassy field to the summit. Interesting ancient cairns and good views. | LizH | 31/08/2021 |

Parked at road/ track junction. Up track then through 2 gates (watch because the electric fence was turned on) over field to trig.and then up to summit. Very short outing. | JulieB | 07/09/2020 |
Up track from Vestrafiold, then carefully over electric fence by old storage tank. Alternatively can untie two gates. | KeithByTheC | 07/09/2020 |
2 of 3: After Greeny Hill. Parked by the farm entrance. Karen waited in the car whilst I crossed the road and reached the TP and nearby cairn in 5 mins. Cattle around the TP at first. No-one came to object about parking. | ChrisR | 10/08/2020 |
Parked at road / track junction. Up track to mast and gate, then to trig and on to summit cairns. | PeterD | 27/06/2019 |

Parked at HY 2414 2230. Short walk across muddy pasture to trig pillar first, then across to a pile of rocks at summit. | jonglew | 24/02/2019 |
A ridiculously easy hill. Drive to the mast, park, hop the gate and reach the trig and the summit across a grassy field with almost no climbing. Good views. | Gill | 24/02/2019 |
Track from E to comms mast then gate into summit field (pasture) Large levellish summit with trig pillar and cluster of grassy mounds on S edge. Most N mound is a jumble of apparently dumped huge sandstone blocks which overtop the cairn on the mound to its S. Great views. | RichardM | 31/07/2018 |
Parked in track entrance and an easy walk. | jenx | 24/07/2018 |

New house mentioned by thejackrustles is nearing completion. Drove up track with no issue. Easy bag and no livestock in field today :-) | assynt_bob | 16/04/2017 |
Massive new house being built at the bottom of the track, had to ask if it was ok to come past as there was at least 12 workmen and various items on machinery in action. The guy digging up the road said 'aye on you go', not sure if he really knew where or what I wanted to go and see but I was soon up and through the open gate under one wee electric fence wire and at the trigpoint.

Hoping I passed the high point, fingers crossed whilst logging | thejackrustles | 23/09/2016 |
