| From parking at end of Glenesk road, cycled to head of loch at Glenlee, continued W/NW along track to footbridge at NO395804, W along footpath past Falls of Unich up to the edge of the gorge, then roughly N across heathery peat and intermittent tracks up to summit of Hunt Hill, descended to about same point and continued S to footbridge at Falls of Damff, crossed, then ENE up slopes to Craig Maskeldie, then back along ridge over South Top to Cairn Lick (track most of the way along ridge top) to the landrover track just S of Cairn Lick, descended on that down to Inchgrundle, Glenlee and back to the parking | kdbennett | 18/07/2021 |
| A pleasant walk along Loch Lee's north shore, then up Glen Lee until due north of Hunt Hill's summit. Over the Water of Lee (plenty of rocks to hop onto) and up an initially steep heathery slope before the gradient lessens and the heather becomes younger. SE to the footbridge above the Falls of Damff, then back up to reel off Craig Maskeldie, its South Top, and Cairn Lick. Still enough light in the day gave us the option of staying high to take in Wester Skuiley, Burnt Hill and finally Cairn Caidloch, the latter two linked by a helpful track. Getting dark now so we bombed down the Burn of Corriehausherun to find our way back to the car blocked by a deer fence (quickly scaled), thorn bushes, and a bridgeless river (FB at 445802 now missing - or at least unifiable in the dark) - we paddled across! | summitter | 24/01/2020 |

| A hill walk in what we thought would be spring like conditions, we had whiteout blizzard conditions on the approach to the summit. Some snow flurries heading up through the gorge created by the Water of Unich. Did not stop at the top for long Kasi was freezing & noticeable distressed. Did not take so long to walk back & took a short cut across the glen floor which involved crossing the Water of Lee, feet were damp enough by that time but I crossed quick enough didn't get much worse, Dianne fared a bit worse & had a semi soggy foot for the walk out & Kasi managed a wee bit of a swim even though she is usually scared of swimming. 11.8 miles a good day to keep hill fittness | LizzieG | 05/02/2017 |

| From Invermark. Surprised had hill to self considering number of cars parked there. A bike would have saved on the long walk-in. Went up on the east side of Bruntwood Craig and down on the west side. For a while felt like mountaineering rather than crossing cow fields and grouse moors like all this week. | With a friend. Had lunch at the Retreat in Glen Esk. From the car park at the top of Glen Esk. We walked up the track past Loch Lee and into Glen Lee. Crossed the Water of Lee and went up the eastern slopes of Hunt Hill, going to the north of the cliffs. Descended south and then tried to get down the cliffs to the east.
