Parked across road from old barn.duchally26/01/2024
From the barn. Still covered in fallen trees. With B and Rjenx28/09/2023
From barn. Summit area covered in fallen trees to a height of about 3m - can hardly see the ground, far less figure out where the highpoint is. Traversed thru an obstacle course from a gap in the fence after the mast, then circled round to the HB waypoint which is on the far edge of the trees. Didn't go to spot height as it looks lower.govanah15/01/2023
Trees still all over the place.Adrian08/08/2022
Many of the forest trees have blown over in recent storms, so finding the precise summit point is no longer straightforward. I clambered amongst the branches to what seemed the most likely location.summitter19/02/2022
Parked in wide entrance to barn at NO 505495.carole engel11/05/2021
Parked by the old sheds, through gates and along the track past the mast, beyond the end of the wood and along the field/wood edge until close to the summit. A stone marked the possible highest point, though the area is quite flat.LizH26/08/2020
Lots of gates at start of track. Head up, go on past the mast to the far end of forest, turn right along the edge to the highest ground. Summit just inside trees, small stone marks the spot.Belfarm 24/08/2020
Local walk whilst visiting relatives: Long c15 mile circular walk from Forfar taking in Dunnichen Hill and Fothringham Hill and lots of quiet country roads. No issues social distancing! Wandered round in the forest for a bit on this one - not sure exactly which point is the highest?benalder28413/06/2020
Evening short walk from farm building and track to mast. Woods open pine forest, no markinga to high point, but easy to estimate location. 20mins round tripN.Morters14/02/2019

Self, Peter and dog. I did find a couple of boulders together in the pinewood which may represent a summit cairn.Invicta1401/04/2018

Way back after work Montrose. Easy park by road and stroll up track. Agree top is in woods perhaps 50m to East of shown current location. Squally showers but reasonable view nevertheless.nordicstar08/11/2012
