Impressive 150 foot monument to the Duke of Wellington and the triumph over Napoleon and the French at the battle of Waterloo, Belgium in 1815. With cut mark at base and trig nearby. Easy walk up path. Good views. Apparently a key to enter can be obtained from the Lothian estates office in Bonjedward for a small fee. I wish I had done this as on a clear day views would have been superb.Denise 21/01/2019
