Good parking at Quarry at south (The Pales), friendly chap from cottage had a chat. Easy and obvious jaunt up steep slope, short grass all the way. Views are indeed stunning, sort of place you'd carry up a £2.99 folding chair and sit and contemplate things... Llandegley Rocks looked so good from here I went over and climbed it, parking by church and picking up path from rear of churchyard.dicky10/08/2013
