Parked at entrance to field. Walked along hedgeline: probably the closest you can get without going into the garden. The fence has places which would be crossable if you so desired. | PGCE | 21/12/2022 |

The hp seems to be a next to a log pile in the front garden of Waylands House. There are locked security gates at the drive entrance but recent hedge trimming activity has left a gap where a person could get through easily if they were tempted. I walked along the field edge and looked in. I also walked up and down by the road. Barking dogs at the back of the house may also deter people getting too close. Parked in lay-by at junction of Tatsfield Approach Road and Clarks Lane. Walked to field gate then along the field edge and admired through the thick hedge. | Newton Maximus | 31/08/2021 |

With E. Parked on Approach Road and walked along field boundary at side of Waylands House. Numerous pheasants in field. Got to within 20 metres but no access from this side because of barbed wire topped fence and impenetrable hawthorn hedge. HP is in garden. Walked to entrance of Waylands House but in view of COVID concerns decided not to access or request access to the garden. | Beeliner | 05/10/2020 |

After having done a stretch of NDW walked from Botley Hill Farm via Beddlestead Lane then right through what in July was a very overgrown field of rape seed. A machete would've been useful! Got to the wall at the end of the path and followed field around to the south. Field crests out where the grid reference suggests. | jedthehumanoid | 05/07/2019 |

County top outing, there's a lay by at the junction of Clarks lane and Approach road. the closest I could get to the high point seem's to be behind Wyland house. | WAYNE ROWLETT | 13/11/2016 |

The garden of Waylands House seems to be the best contender. Quite upsetting seeing magnificent eagle owl in cage near reptile house; but very pleasing to see vicious snarling dogs nearby caged up! | Aye Jimmy | 13/04/2016 |
In garden of Waylands House, by wood pile. Had to vacate quickly when dogs arrived! | jonglew | 16/02/2016 |

We went along to the top after lunch at Botley Hill Farmhouse. We then went along the Tatsfield Approach. Beaver World was still open but we did not indulge. | Dragonzilla | 28/11/2015 |

Part of Betsom Hill, Kent Historic County Top walk with Gina. Really wet day so rather than planned 11 mile circular walk ended up driving round and doing short walk to bag days tops. Off road parking near metal barrier. Walked round field boundary and gps put me bang on top of spot though suspect top is on other side of fence on private property. Have to be close enough. | mntainman | 06/01/2015 |
Parked in Beaver Water World in the heavy rain. | edmundjohnson | 03/01/2015 |
Parked at Beaver world and had a good look around without making my presence too suspicious. | bolton | 13/11/2014 |
Parked in car park at Beaver Water World. Highest accessible point within the old GL boundary is located by the fence on the S. side of BWW. Got within 20m of high point, which lies within the grounds of Waylands House, by heading SSW along Approach Road and then ducking under the locked metal barrier and walking along field boundary to TQ40703 56232. Unfortunately, at this point the field boundary lies outside the old GL boundary (S) | gerrybowes | 29/10/2014 |
