Maverick Somerset Long course (25km & 650vm) | Fionalevey | 07/09/2019 |
Followed Avon Fire Brigade track to HQ front gates. Agree with DanMaisieBex that over gate to left, bend in track is higher. Very overgrown knoll maybe 80m to ESE seems higher again (easiest to go back down lane to approach this). Continued along Cotswold Way to trig point. | Aye Jimmy | 07/07/2019 |

Drove up the road following a family trip to Bath. | summitter | 25/08/2018 |
From the monument car park. Enjoyable circuit of the fire station gates, high point of track beyond gate opposite, the knoll 20-30 yards ESE - which, regrettably, seems higher -, the trig point/view point and Sir Bevill Grenville's monument | Nick Down1 | 24/08/2018 |
On a glorious day of sunshine, views around are marvellous. | EricMoore | 30/07/2018 |

Parked at lay-by near the Civil War memorial and where the Cotswold Way crosses the road. Walk along Cotswold Way to top. A little further along CW there is a fabulous view over Bristol and South Glos. | jedthehumanoid | 23/05/2018 |

Parked up at lay by close to civil war monument which I visited first. Then crossed the road and walked to the Fire Service HQ gates. Got a great sighting of two Roe Deer on the way back to the car! | Gerry the Ranger | 08/09/2017 |

Quick park up and stroll with Russ. There's a civil war monument the other side of the road with some shockingly poor poetry on it. | Richard | 07/05/2017 |

Parked up in a layby to the S ( very busy for a Sunday ) & then walked in via the Avon F&RS track. HP would seem to be ST71738 70258 as the track which leads away from the fire service gateway is certainly higher. Also did the trig. | DanMaisieBex | 04/12/2016 |

Parked in layby at end of driveway. You have to hop over a bwf to the left into a brambly bit just before the gates. | clivevilla | 26/08/2016 |
