An evening circuit of Sydenham Hill, Westow Hill and Crystal Palace Hill from Crystal Palace station. The best part of the walk was wandering through Crystal Palace park en route to Sydenham Hill Road. In view of the topographic uncertainties of Westow Hill, I walked around the roundabout via the crossings, then seized my chance to carefully walk across the centre during a momentary lull in traffic. The ground behind the churchyard wall at Crystal Palace hill seems higher than both the pavement and the grassy lozenge by Forsyte Crescent.Nick Down128/03/2018

After walking around Crystal Palace park on the Capital ring route and then going a bit further onto the main road, I then simply walked across the road and up the hill to the roundabout and then all around it (using pedestrian crossings. It really is busy here so you have to make sure you keep your wits about you to avoid becoming a road traffic statistic. Im glad I walked a bit further up Church Road. My gps got 116 metres above sea level. This was on a very very wet day.Dazingdale25/08/2014

By black-painted pub at unpleasantly busy road junction. Sanity is restored by a stroll through the super Crystal Palace Park (check out the dinosaurs!) on the way to the nearby Sydenham Hill top.wheresthepath29/12/2011
Fifteen of London Borough tops in 14 hours by bike from Kew. This one was visited 12h 20 min from start at Kew. Nightlife is on at 9 pm on a Saterday evening. I feel more for the last top just north of this and then home for a good bed.NilsOS09/10/2010
