From CP. Parking meter not working usually £5 or free for NT members. Walk up south side. Bit of scrambling towards top. Back the same way.M6KIO05/09/2023
A new circular walk for me from Arthog, up the waterfalls, past the lakes onto Pared y Cefn-hir (splendid viewpoint), then along the rail to Kings YH and down to Abergwynant and back along the old railway track. With the GSAL Scouts and Explorers during a very wet Scout Camp. 16km with 700m ascent taking 5 hours.silveracorn_alan15/07/2023

Pared y Cefn hir > Pared y Cefn hir NE Top > Bryn Brith from GR: SH 65768 14311ronaldo33320/03/2022
A fabulous looking hill with one of the best views being that from the car park at SH 6577 1433 - N. to high point of road & then well-used path, including a short scramble, up ridge to the summit rock. Excellent view across Mawddach estuary to the Lleyn & Bardsey. Also, SE to Cadair. (S)gerrybowes23/11/2021
Great Little Hill Shame about the weather. Fun Drive to get to the Car Park taking the road coming from the North. Then a Lovely scramble to the top. Would have liked to extend the route but the weather was a bit wet and windy. Will Definitely return to explore the area moreJephcote8318/10/2021

From Cregennan lakes car park, clear path to the summit. Like most, we enjoyed this hill immensely. We continued the traverse, always entertaining, along a thin trod after the HP, to Ty'n llidiart. We'd have crossed over to Bryn Brith but couldn't spot a feasible route without considerable descent. One could return from Ty'n llidiart to the the car park easily- I'd recommend this if you only want to go on this hill, but we continued a lovely walk via Kings YH to Craig y Castell (Ma:qv) and back via the N shore of Llyn Gwernan. With Pete.pwheeler10/09/2018
Pared y Cefn Hir and Bryn Brith from the obvious car park for the lake. It was misty and became rainy so I did not know what I was taking on. I still do not really but both were steep and involved hands - at least they did the way I went but I could not really see to choose a route.clivevilla18/08/2018

From south, oh dear, vertigo got me at the V shaped 60 degree gulley. Best go along East to 670 152 then go west up slope.dicky24/02/2013
On a rainy day, walked up from the carpark to visit the fort. We were treated to a lovely rainbow display. Had a mooch round the heathery southern slopes to look for the overgrown Bronze Age cairn and came across a hut circle, unmarked on the OS.thesweetcheat03/03/2012

A beautiful 'Matterhorn shape' and lake. Ran uphill (KIMM training) working hard, nice circuit along ridge linking Pared y Cefn (unaware of its future bagging status at time) and onto the then sub-Marilyn of Bryn Birth. Back to car park below cliffs.Chris Pearson25/09/1999
From Kings YH to Barmouth. 2007? Included this while bagging Bryn Brith - thank goodness!summitsup01/01/1950
