1/2 - fine day, skies clear. Breezy in glen but still at altitude. Ascended from Glen Sheil via the NW ridge of Faochag - sustained but not difficult. Then along ridge (felt like lots of descent/reascent but map doesn't really confirm that). Very limited snow cover. Felt warm on summit. Views spectacular.....wychwood27/02/2023
Traverse if south glen sheil ridge, starting at the saddle including the forcan ridge and a camp below. 15hrs 30 of walking and 38km. Very tough day!Nicky C30/07/2022
Excellent day out with Brian, Barry and the dugs. Great scramble on the ridge and quite technical route , the decent was quite relentless though but still awesome day out!Kevthecat28/07/2022

Solo via Faochag, wonderful day, sunshine and views (though plagued by insects lower down). Half-ran back along ridge past low point and to about 945121 where there is a tricky steep descent (wet in places) to the Bh Coire Mhalagain, traverse NE beside old dyke (looking like low wall) with lots of unstable boulder hopping so it takes time, but then excellent path NNE past top of Meallan Odhar and then abruptly SE then E, long but steadily-graded and runnable back to road.NorfolkPT2124/08/2021

Camped at Cluanie and did the ridge from Creag a Mhaim but continued to Sgurr na Sgine (ascending straight up the face) and dropped down to Glen Shiel via Faochaog. Had left bike at the road, but still tried to hitch. Gave up and cycled back to Cluanie as midges were biting.jigglybones29/05/2019
