From the car park above Auldich with Cairnacay. Hard going off the tracks and ATV so worth following where they exist (the track going off at Corrour goes higher). Started taking a direct route from Cairnacay towards the car past some impressive cairns but it runs into unpleasant ground (sharp boulders in heather) so cut down to the main track. | StueyB | 15/11/2023 |
Parked at the Speyside Way car park situated at the top of the narrow road above Auldich. Initially followed the SSW before cutting left and picking up various tracks which landed us on top of the lack lustre summit. Then headed for Cairnacay. With Nozzer. | BigJ | 22/09/2022 |
with big J, possible a alternative route on to Ben Rinnes | Nozzer | 22/09/2022 |
2 of 2: From Cairnacay. Heather at first, then ATV tracks, then heather from peat hags near the top. Down via deer tracks to the head of the track at 218343. With Karen. | ChrisR | 28/01/2022 |
Walked over from Cairnacay via Corrour. Descended from here onto tracks then followed back to car. | 187lenny | 12/05/2019 |
P by quarry SE of Auldich. Track to just past high point then followed grassy track high up H of K then the usual awkward stuff to a very flat top. | chrisbien | 12/06/2018 |
Ascended from SE, descended to SW, as part of a longer walk with neighbouring hills. Mostly rough underfoot. Visited numerous grassy mounds and tussocks vying for the high point of the very flat summit. | Rod M | 08/05/2016 |
