16.08 middle of a grassy field and only one metre higher than the p12 trig pillar SE across the main road.vegibagger17/08/2022
As everyone else with the added bonus of thick low cloud everywhere. . . Also wandered up to the trig, 1km SE and 1m lower just in case. Parked on concrete slab just N of covered reservoir.Minto14/08/2022
Parked by large gates to E. Walked up wide tarmac track to ruined house then hopped into adjacent grass field with horses. No feature at summit, all very level, Abney used. Good views. Breezy sun. Gaitnip farm being re- roofed; apparently no one there and two farm vehicles that passed waved.Denise 05/08/2022
Parked by ruined cottage north of summit. Over gate into flat grassy field. Solo.Dangerous Dave05/08/2022
Parked in wide imposing gateway and walked. Levelish summit cow pasture, high point un-marked. Dramatic sea and skyscapes.RichardM05/08/2022
From the big gates, up to the ruined cottage and through the field.NormanW30/07/2022
I could have driven close but parking was plentiful by the iron gates. Easy stroll to ruined cottage and into top field. Indeterminate HPColin Crawford29/07/2022

Done on the Sabbath! I don't think anybody cares around here. Parked next to the ruin on the farm track.Play2End17/08/2014

Field. Had to open gates on private road to get close.Adrian03/05/2014
A classic test of one's mountaineering skills and techniques. Definitely not a hill for beginners. Or maybe, not. Views fine, though. I decided that an orchid marked the summit, you may think otherwise.Martin R19/05/2012
