9th and final hill of the day and also completes South Ayrshire, the final day of a 2 week plan that started in Ayr. This walk involved taking a taxi to a track off cycle route 7 then climbing Kirriemore, Kirriereoch inc boundary, Tarfessock south top, Tarfessock, Shalloch on Minnoch (true summit & trig) Caerloch Dhu, Shalloch and Eldrick hill continuing on to this heather & bilberry energy sapping hill. Descent down to road to S Balloch, N Balloch then followed the road all the way into Barr reaching my Airbnb place in Upper Barr at 6.15 pm. Tine for a coffee before heading into Barr for my pre-ordered pizza. Hitchhiked to Ayr in morning as Taxi left before i could get to it and Airbnb host does not like giving lifts!Dazingdale20/05/2017
