Parked on grass by unfenced road and ascended steeply over rough pasture to levellish grassy top with trig. HP somewhere near, marginally higher, possibly, than trig. Good views. After excellent bacon sandwich from nearby Caerphilly Greggs.Denise 29/11/2021

Easy parking by cattle grid to west. Path. Steep but quick. Takes longer on the plateau working out the highest part. Could even be the trig. Give yourself at least 20 minutes for wandering around.destaylor12/04/2013

Walking the rhymney valley ridgeway walk,the 322 metre reading is either near a fence line or got a 322 reading near the dyke although the area is generally flat with few features. With nice views to cefn eglwysilan on a sunny day.hodder28/03/2012
