Sunny again here! Lots of people on Good Friday afternoon. 8 hours walking up and down the Downs 5 times zig zagging our way along from Cocking car park to South Harting and back, 850m of ascent. A rehab walk for my torn left calf which coped well. w Lesley & Betty the dog. Hot sun at S Harting church ,cold wind on return walk along SDWChris Pearson25/03/2016

A lovely spot - short grass, steep sides and many paths - have been over here several times - always seems sunny. Once doing a 20 mile LDWA event form pretty South Harting which ended in near-heatstroke after having run 15 miles over blinding white chalk on a sweltering day.Chris Pearson28/06/2015
